Job Description :
- Actively engage with the leadership teams in understanding the business objectives, challenges, opportunities and facilitate solutions and people strategies to address those challenges.
- Understanding business requirements and acquiring excellent talent from the available pool
- Provide training to the direct and indirect workforce on the various learning and development tools
- Establish parameters for the team members ( direct and indirect workforce ) basis their designations
- HR generalist role to front end onboarding
- Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to substantially support the business growth
- Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in training need analysis, learning and development functions
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition from the startup industry
- Experience in HRLDP or similar development program experience as well as establishing rewards and recognition programs
- Experience providing HR business partner support to engineering, technical, and/or design teams
- Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes across the vertical
- Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
