Job Description:

- Formulate and execute organizations digital marketing strategy across all marketing channels with expertise in AdWords, Facebook & Instagram

- Implementing performance based digital marketing techniques of SEM, remarketing and display advertising for lead generation

- Generate leads from every possible source while optimizing overall ROI. Come up with innovative ideas and growth hacks to drive more business

- Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion

- Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools

- Supervise all SEO efforts to ensure constant improvement in organic traffic and organic business volumes

- Source and activate relevant affiliate marketing agencies that can run performance driven campaigns to drive more business

- Manage and mentor a small team to ensure various campaigns are delivered effectively, on-time and on-budget

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing space, preferably at a fast growing start-up D2C brand or FMCG organization

- You must be data driven, analytical & enthusiastic with a proven track record

- Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way

- Proven lead generation capabilities through paid digital mediums. Excellent hands-on exposure of managing large scale campaigns on Adwords, Facebook and other ad network platforms.

- Experience running both low budget and high budget campaigns that can generate a high number of leads at a favourable ROI

- Past experience of managing relationships with agencies and alliance partners with regular correspondence to maximise lead flow

- Experience managing a team and mentoring and developing junior team members

- A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude
