Job Responsibilities:

- Owning a financial software from the perspective of

- Validation of business logic.

- Comprehensive Quality analysis.

- Prioritization of business requirements.

- Bringing valuable experience to the team for fast paced delivery based on Agile methodology.

- Documentation and training.

- Communicating with the business and technology team in their language for the best outcome.

- Strong communication to keep all the stakeholders abreast of the progress/challenges.

- Lead the effort for end to end delivery of the assignment.

- Look for automation opportunities to bring in efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Having a solid understanding of Agile process/SDLC.

- Having exposure to the right tools of Project/Product management, QA & DevOps - JIRA/Microsoft Project/Github/Jenkins and Data analytics (Sql/Excel etc) etc.

- Must have attention to detail to enhance the quality of the product.

- Passionate about Financial markets and product development.

- Able to exercise independent judgment based on relevant research and take action on it..

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
