Risk Analyst -Alternatives (AIF Business)

Purpose Of the Job:

- To Monitor the Risk of AIF Business

Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance/Risk Committee Deliverables

- Compliance of AIF regulations

- Preparation of the Agenda items and key Insights for the Quarterly Risk Management Committee meeting

Real Estate:

- Preparation of Risk Note to be presented to the Investment Committee prior to disbursement to Real Estate Issuers

- Monitoring of Existing Real Estate Issuer Exposures against Various Parameters

Digital Fund:

- Identifying Risks in the new AIF Category II Venture Fund Proposal.

- Ongoing Review of Venture Fund Investments.

Equity:

- Review of the Equity Portfolios on monthly basis on various market risk parameters

Role Specific Responsibilities:

- Understanding of Real Estate Business

- Preparation of Business Models and Presentations

- Evaluation of Investee Companies & Due Diligence on the same.

- Enhance & Implement Enterprise Risk Management framework for AIF Business

Formal Qualifications:

- Civil Engineer/MBA with 5 Year Experience from Reputed Education Institute

- Real Estate Companies in the Risk Management/Project Funding Function

- Category 2 AIF having Real Estate & Digital Portfolios
