5. Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices in product management, ensuring high standards are maintained across the team.

6. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.

7. Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Experience in fintech, lending, or agri-tech is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships.

- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding juniors

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
