Designation: Business Analyst/Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of competitors, including their team sizes, KPIs, strengths etc. and Present findings to management to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

- Develop and maintain performance trackers for multiple internal teams. Analyze team performance metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and success stories.

- Regularly follow up with internal teams on program deliverables and adherence to timelines. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to resolve any roadblocks.

- Responsible for end-to-end management of existing programs and data dashboards.

- Provide insightful recommendations to top management based on competitive analysis and internal performance data, present detailed reports highlighting key findings and strategic suggestions.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine business strategies.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on budgetary goals and priorities.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the industry.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

- A problem-solving individual with strong analytical acumen.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

- Team Player and thrives in a collaborative work environment with Interpersonal skills and an upbeat & learning attitude.

- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
