Manager CRM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute annual, monthly and weekly CRM campaign plans in line with the business objective
- Coordinate with brand managers on related brand content
- Design emailers and whatsapp content as per the CRM plan
- Conduct weekly, monthly and annual reviews with CRM agency
- Understand the customer journey cycle and execute necessary campaigns to improve loyalty
- Plan and execute customer engagement plan to reduce lapse customers
- Work on necessary alliances to facilitate a better consumer shopping experience
- Ensure proper customer data management. Work with IT team and CRM agency for necessary API integrations for seamless data integration
- Conduct Quarterly surveys for customer feedback and NPS
- Please note we want the candidates from retail industry with 5+ yrs of exp
Note: Candidates should be from marketing side and not from customer care side
