Responsibilities include:
- Build relationship with Govt organizations and drive revenue through these clients.
- Reports directly to VP or Director - Sales (Govt.)
- To build a detailed knowledge of the operating model of Govt clients.
- To build understanding and relationship with key technologies providers those are part of the Govt vertical.
- Establish IT Solutions portfolio and Enterprise Technology as a key component of IT strategy that is embraced by the Govt ecosystem
- Promote IT solution, Data, Voice, Video, Datacenter, IT Security capability & caliber specific to the Govt clients and align to technology domains such as Cloud, Data Management, Security and Virtualization.
- Lead and co-ordinate solution discussions and presentations with technical and marketing teams highlighting the completeness and unique strengths of the solution proposed.
- Have the ability to clearly articulate all of SI Enterprise products and solutions, market dynamics and our competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated professional with at least 3-4 years of experience with exposure and command in Business Solutions, Pre-sales and Solution Architecting, RFP, BOQ and Tenders
- Person should be result oriented and dynamic.
- An effective Communicator with Excellent Technical and Relationship Skills.
- An understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with running a modern data center especially for Web based organizations
- Ability to drive key aspects of Business like Solution architecture design and develop new and customized solutions, cross selling of products.
- Understanding of storage and networking technologies along with IT solution, Data, Voice, Video, Datacenter, IT Security.
- Understanding of methods and technologies in use in the govt space.
