Job Description:


We are seeking a results-driven Information Technology Sales Specialist to drive business growth in government, PSU, and large corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large key accounts, strong technical acumen, and the ability to structure high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Government, PSU, and large corporate enterprises.


- Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.


- Position and sell IT infrastructure solutions, including UPS, Data Centers, IT Servers, Storage, Networking, and Security Solutions.


- Engage with OEMs to structure and close large-value deals effectively.


- Work closely with internal teams and partners to drive end-to-end sales processes.


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.


- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.


- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 3-6 years of experience in IT Sales, handling Government, PSU, and large corporate clients.


- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and services.


- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with OEMs and end-users.


- Experience in consultative selling, solution positioning, and deal structuring.


- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.


- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
