We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive significant growth within the Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and large Enterprise/Corporate sectors. This role demands a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing and expanding business with key accounts, particularly within the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Data Center solutions, IT Hardware (Servers, Storage, Networking), Security solutions, and UPS systems, coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills with both end-users and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This is an individual contributor role requiring a passionate and driven sales leader capable of structuring and closing large, complex deals.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with multiple large key accounts within the Government, PSU, and Enterprise/Corporate segments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the defined sectors, expanding the company's market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals, demonstrating a strong results-oriented approach.
- Technical Acumen: Leverage basic technical knowledge of UPS systems, Data Center infrastructure, IT Servers, Storage solutions, Networking equipment, and Security solutions to effectively position and sell our offerings.
- Government & Corporate Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making units within both Government/PSU and large Enterprise/Corporate environments.
- OEM Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with relevant OEMs to leverage partnerships for deal structuring, solution development, and enhanced value proposition.
- Large Deal Structuring: Possess a flair for identifying, developing, and structuring large, complex deals that meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
- Business Growth & Augmentation: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and augment business from existing clients, while simultaneously focusing on generating new business from untapped accounts.
- Individual Sales Contribution: Operate as a highly effective individual sales contributor, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
