We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to our growth within the Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and select Enterprise/Corporate sectors. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a developing track record in managing key accounts and driving new business, particularly within the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of Data Center solutions, IT Hardware (Servers, Storage, Networking), Security solutions, and UPS systems, along with developing relationship-building skills with both end-users and potentially OEMs. This is an individual contributor role requiring a driven and enthusiastic sales professional eager to learn and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts within the Government, PSU, and potentially Enterprise/Corporate segments, focusing on building rapport, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

- New Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined sectors, contributing to the growth of the company's customer base and working towards achieving sales targets.

- Sales Target Contribution: Contribute to the achievement of assigned sales targets and revenue goals, demonstrating a growing understanding of a results-oriented approach.

- Technical Understanding: Develop and apply a foundational understanding of UPS systems, Data Center infrastructure, IT Servers, Storage solutions, Networking equipment, and Security solutions to effectively position and present our offerings.

- Government & Corporate Exposure: Gain experience and develop an understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making units within both Government/PSU and potentially Enterprise/Corporate environments.

- OEM Interaction: Support senior team members in building and maintaining relationships with relevant OEMs, learning how partnerships can contribute to solution development and value proposition.

- Deal Support: Assist in the identification, development, and structuring of deals, learning the nuances of creating solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives.

- Business Maintenance & Growth: Work towards maintaining and growing business from assigned clients, while actively seeking opportunities to generate new leads and contribute to new account acquisition.
