Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

Position Overview: As a Learning and Development Trainer at NIIT, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and facilitating comprehensive learning programs to enhance the skills and talents of individuals across various business units. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for learning and a keen understanding of adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and develop engaging and effective learning programs that align with the organizational needs and the current industry trends.

- Create a variety of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and multimedia content.

Training Delivery:


- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and meets the learning objectives.

- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Needs Analysis:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

- Work closely with the business unit leaders to customize training programs that address their specific needs and objectives.

Evaluation and Feedback:

- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

- Gather participant feedback and adjust training content and methods accordingly.

- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Technology Integration:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.

- Integrate innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.

Professional Development:

- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in learning and development.

- Continuously enhance personal and professional skills through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer, preferably in a skill and talent development context.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in utilizing e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

-Certifications in training and development are a plus.
