- Own Sales P & L Across Enterprise Customers and complete Business Strategy for India BU
- Overall responsibility of BU Sales Managing Sales engagement and interacting with CXO level Enterprise / Government Customers.
- 80% KRA is to bring new logos. 20% KRA is to manage existing Business.
- TCV of 100 Cr and ACV of 30 Cr ; 70:30 Product, Services Mix
- Credible experience in selling technology based solutions (both IT and Business) to strategic customers across varied sectors such as Enterprises, Retail and Airlines / Travel, Government, Manufacturing
- Service offerings are Digital, SMAC, MS, AMS, ADM, ERP, IP based solutions for Auto, Airline, Commodity and Procurement solutions
- Lead and acquire new sales /logos across targeted segments
- Lead and nurture the sales, pre sales and bid mgmt teams - 15-20
- Sales, Revenue, GM, Csat, Esat responsibility
