This person (Hunter Sales) will open Large New Accounts in Chosen Verticals by Prospecting, Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities.
Location : Noida
Responsibilities:
- The continuing identification, development, and assessment of “Large IT Services Deals” by focusing on a) Strategic Outsourcing & b) Complex System Integration Deals with key accounts in Chosen Verticals.
- Work collaboratively with other NIIT units, partners, and outside consultants as appropriate to drive “Large IT Services Deals”.
- Create and execute Account plans in defined key accounts

- Thorough Professional with the attitude to adapt to the demands of the job role as may be required to deliver the Business Growth and Customer Satisfaction Goals. These may include frequent business travel, handling multiple tasks concurrently and easily adjusting to new tasks, structure, tools, etc.
- Strong Team player with ability to build positive work relationship with peers, cross-functional teams and Management.
- Maturity and Experience to manage very high end of business
- Analytical and able to engage with senior management
- Prior Experience of working on large deals
Required Profile:
Qualifications / Experience:
- 8-15 years of work experience in IT Services industry
- BE/MBA from reputed institute
