We have an urgent requirement with us in Noida. We are looking out for HR (Group Head) level professional for Corp HR position based out in Noida.
Absolute Traits /Competencies /Profile description:
- Administration of Compensation Management
- Well versed in handling internal and external audit
- Strong knowledge of labour and statutory compliances and ensure 100% compliance at PAN India basis
- Good understanding about the HR accounting and sound knowledge of data/analytics
- Supervision of Payroll, HR-MIS & EVA administration
- Responsible for VC payout at organization level
- Support to business for RFPs/ New business acquisitions
- Support to HR Head in terms of data/ any information etc.
- Responsible for handling certain activities for HR
- Support for corporate initiatives like Mediclaim roll out/NPS roll out/ Life insurance policy roll out etc.
- Responsible for any communication at organization level for any initiative/roll out
- Dealing with internal depts. for managing compliances/data requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and of SAP HR / ERP
- Responsible for development/enhancement of HR processes/system to increase the operational efficiency
- Good acumen of HR systems and use of systems in running HR operations
- Responsible for making and managing the HR Budget at global level

- Leader with ability to interact with internal Customers and get the work done
- Should be able to lead the team and get things done and drive things
- Should be able to work in technology oriented environment
- Should be able to handle the corporate role
- Good communication/interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification / Experience:
- PGDM HR / MBA HR + Some tech qualification (1 year diploma / GNIIT, DNIIT)
- 9-13 years experience
