Job Overview :

As a Research Program Analyst, you will work with our Leadership team to support strategic initiatives, analyze market data and develop programs that align with company goals. This role involves extensive research, data analysis, and program management to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends and market conditions for strategic planning

- Market analytics, competitor mapping, study trends & present to the leadership team

- Explore potential market potential in emerging technologies, EV, decarbonization etc.

- Involved in market scan for business & investment opportunities

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries of key meetings. Content writing for white papers, presentations, reports & talking points for events.

- Aware of social media trends and create a brand presence by co-ordinating with marketing communications team

Education:

Bachelors in BBA/ English / Economics. Master's degree in business administration from a Top university.

Experience:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in research, data analysis, program management, or a related field.

- Has experience working directly with senior executives

Skills:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Excel or SQL.

- Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.

- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Power Point.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ideal candidate to have excellent written communication, attention to detail, proactive, fast learner and has digital skills.
