We are looking for young, energetic, business professionals who can Analyze Market Trends, visualize profitable products, get them created, implement across the Organization in domains, as appropriate and take on full P&L responsibility for the concerned Products.

He/She also will extensively support the Centre Teams in ensuring consistent growth in fresh business for the Product and increase Market penetration through continuous innovation and remodelling as per changing market needs.

He/She needs to contribute to our Growth through Innovation process and quickly incubate identified ideas/opportunities into business concepts/models, detailed product plans, and then execute them in an Entrepreneurial mode.

Role Description and Desired Skills

Market Planning, Segmentation & Understanding target audience for the category: Environment Scan, Develop & Review Product proposition, reflecting the understanding of consumer/Industry needs and other market insights in order to develop profitable products in the portfolio

Product Planning & Strategy: To Develop and lead effective Product plans and strategy. Determine product specifications. Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map. Develop Pricing strategies and Product Policies & Processes across the Product Life Cycle. Determine product packaging solutions. Consult key stakeholders appropriately to gain agreement and input. Oversee product deployment and sourcing.

Creative Marketing/ Product Innovation : To be able to instinctively see "outputs" through consumer's eyes. Able to recognize and build powerful Product Value proposition/creative ideas that inspire consumers and unleash rapid business growth. Develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand. Proven ability to spot and evaluate ideas & ensure Quality execution of new concepts. Design & implement GTM for the products for Product Profitability & to create "Consumer Pull" in collaboration with the marketing team. Support sales & marketing with with necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Provide input for marketing collateral development. Implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments.

Market Research/ Data Analysis : To Provide and Analyse consumers insights and Business metrics on a continuous basis. First hand feel of consumer feedback etc. to help improve the existing products & also help in evangelizing new products. Monitoring of the competition on a regular basis to keep a tab on them and ensure that we are always the leaders in the segment. Manage product related support, feedback and enquiries from users

Plan product launches: Work closely with the cross functional teams like the content development / systems team to ensure that the product launches happen as per the time schedule. Conduct Product presentations. Develop sales tools and sales training material. Supply sales with latest research and marketing information. Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability. Work with the field team to drive the product and ensure that the revenue targets are met. Monitor product inventory.

Position Specifications

Education Qualification (Mandatory) B Tech + MBA from a premier institute

Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory)

4 to 6 years of exp experience

Should have an understanding of Products, Markets, Industry trends, technology in a BFSI industry preferably Edutech.

Experience with Top MNC Bank will be an added advantage

Exposure to product planning & pricing will be preferred

Past Exp/ Skills Required (Optional/ Preferable)

Experience with demand generation, customer acquisition, sales, business development, and alliances will also help
