Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize business strategies across all marketing channels and funnels
- Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
- Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention
- Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed
- Oversee Organic acquisitions
- Enhance referral marketing programs
- Coordinate across digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams' initiatives
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
Skills
- Data Analytics: Proficient with Market, Business and Competition Analysis
- A/B Testing
- Marketing Campaign Management: Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Basic User Experience: Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
- Strategy: 3+ years' experience in SEO, growth marketing
- Project Management: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
