Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate visionary Head of Marketing to lead NIIT's marketing efforts with a strong focus on brand strategy and development.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible to:

- Craft the vision and roadmap for the NIIT brand

- Build a long-term marketing plan to re-establish the organization as a key influencer in the education sector.

- Market share in both target segments: Corporate & Individuals.

- Build an effective and efficient marketing team that thrives on challenges.

- You will create and manage marketing plans, team activities, budgets and partnerships to achieve these goals.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with NIIT's business goals and targets

- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand equity

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Delivery, Technology) to ensure brand alignment across all company initiatives

- Oversee the budgeting & manage marketing budgets effectively

- Lead & manage the digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Influencer, content marketing)

- Oversee the marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and leverage them to enhance brand strategy.

Candidate Profile:

- At least 15 years of experience in top tier companies

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or similar; MBA from a Premier College preferred

- Strong background in brand marketing, deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and branding best practices.

- Able to think full stack marketing and use social and digital channels effectively

- Proven track record of being a high performer in the last few years in the organization.

- Proven track record of a growth mindset and ability to help scale business

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex brand strategies to diverse audiences

- Experience with brand identity design and brand storytelling

- Passion for Talent development industry and a strong desire to build a lasting brand legacy
