Responsibilities :
- Interacting with Key Account Stakeholders in F2F and Virtual Meetings
- Managing a content team consisting of instructional designers, content developers, graphic designers, etc.
- Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
- Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
- Create engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve content created by IDs
- Review/conduct quality checks on all formats/modalities of content created
- Conducting boot camps as a Master Trainer for product launch content created
- Create content pitches/ proposals for new content opportunities/product launches
- Pitch new content solutions to the clients for growing accounts
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Infuse creativity in content initiatives (e.g. stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention)
- Providing subject expertise and guidance to content team
Knowledge Requirements :
- Proficient knowledge of Instructional Designing (Video, multimedia, and graphic material production principles and practices; eLearning principles and practices; understanding of adult learning theory and practice)
- Functional understanding/ working knowledge on content creation/authoring tools- Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
- Functional understanding/ working knowledge on graphics designing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud- After Effects, Animate, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Creating powerful presentations using PowerPoint
- Supervisory principles
- Project management principles and practices

- Pre-sales activities- Creating pre-sales presentations and pitching to clients for bagging orders
- Coordination of projects, tracking and reporting on project status, teamwork, leadership, innovation and delivery of consistent, quality products within established timelines
