Key Responsibilities (Functional):
- Create a detailed transition plan to transfer customer's AS-IS process to NIIT for Managed training service engagement
- Estimate effort and timelines for the project.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete transition activities
- Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team
- Identification, selection and on boarding of project resources and vendors, including SOW creation
- Create a detailed project plan for Managed training service engagement
- Interaction with NIIT internal functions i.e. Finance, HR, Procurement as per project requirements
- Track status of program deliverables and milestones
- Manage a team of project coordinator's, Trainers, content developers
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to complete monthly delivery activities
- Schedule batches and ensure alignment
- Monthly invoicing to customer on customer systems
- Guide the operations team on obtaining invoices from all vendor partners and trainers and -make payments on time using NIIT systems.
- Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project
- Improve Management insight through the introduction of a consistent and factual reporting framework across all projects.
- Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team
- Prepare reports for weekly, monthly quarterly cadence meetings and attend those with account manager and customer
- Co-ordinate Steering Group meetings, Preparation of Agenda, capture and circulation of actions/minutes.
- Consistent interaction with all project workstreams on a project to project basis.
- Interaction with NIIT internal functions i.e. Finance, HR, Procurement as per project requirements.
- Defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance.
- Work from customer premises a few days in the week as required

Education Qualification:
Mandatory - Graduate/Post Graduate
Preferred - PMP certification would be an added advantage
