What Will you be doing-
- Will be responsible for the end to end operations of the Contact Centre
- Will look after Quality Assurance, Process Improvement
- Strategize plans for increasing sales
- Will be responsible for Lead Conversion
- Review Performances and come up with improvement plans
- Review the performances of the Centers by conducting meetings and visiting the centers
- Build a high performance team by hiring right candidates
Do you have the following in you-
- Should have experience in managing and running Contact Centre
- Should have managed at-least span of 100 to 150
- Candidate having experience in running Insurance/Banking/E-Commerce/Education contact center will be the best fit.
