Role & Key Responsibilities :
- Accountable for generating revenue from given territory (Named Accounts or Territory in a given Vertical)
- Responsible for establishing NIIT as a thought leader in the field of Training in the B2B space (be able to foresee the training needs for the segment)
- Plan and execute sales plan to meet the given Sales target.
- Build and Close large value transactions including negotiations and commercial structuring.
Key Attributes :
- Proficient in Solution Sales in IT Product / IT services / Managed Services organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with high profile customers and CXOs and relevant senior people
- Possess the ability of assessing market needs; gathering and synthesizing requirements from customers; understanding the competitive environment. Communicating the customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue.
- Self-starter, self-driver and confident and initiative taker
Other Specifications :
Education Qualification (Mandatory) Graduation - Bachelors
Education Qualification (Optional / preferable ) - MMS / MBA
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) :
- B2B sales experience of 12+ years
- Should have Large Enterprise Account Management experience
- Should have experience of building large value deals
- Preferable Experience 12+ years
