Performance Marketing - Assistant Manager
Business Overview:
- This role gives opportunity to own the Performance Marketing outcomes as the Marketing Leader of this business. The team reporting into this person will be 1 person to manage communication design, emailers etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
a) Driving all Paid Digital Marketing efforts.
b) Manage channels Like Google Search, Facebook, YouTube, display, Affiliate, retargeting to acquire new users.
c) Run re-marketing campaigns to convert non-converting users.
d) Plan and execute monthly and quarterly plans and manage marketing spends.
e) Landing page and funnel optimization (work with product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates.
f) Drive marketing efficiency through optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost per lead and the cost of acquisition.
g) Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools.
Education Qualifications : MBA in marketing
Technical Skills:
Performance Marketing, Platform Knowledge: Google Search, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliate, others, Hardcore experience in managing Lead campaigns, Strong analytical skills with expertise on tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
Behavioral/Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a team player
