- Preparation, implementation, and review of the sales plan in a particular region
- Continuous monitoring and assessment of the work of the Sales Force including ASM, SE, SRs.
- To set a target for the salespersons, organizing them, and implement the strategies devised to increase the revenues.
- Daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
- Continuous training at the time of Joint Field Work
- Weekly/Monthly submission of sales-related reports
- Routine Market Visit
- Manager need to constantly analyze the market, the consumption capacity of the consumers and project the expected return.
- Market Development-Consolidation of existing covered areas and expansion into new areas.
- Generation of Primary Sales in line with Secondary Sales
- Any immediate problem regarding sales needs to be addressed. Surveying the market in order to understand a competitor's activity.
- Needs to collaborate with the marketing section of the organization in order to look for innovative means to influence consumers and improve sales.
- The distributors and consumers need to be made aware of any new product being brought to the market.
- He or she needs to be a good manager, organizer, and a leader. Good analytical skills and quick decision-making abilities.
- Activities related to tertiary sales in the region
- Taking care of promotional activities for Brand Awareness and visibility
- Execution of marketing activities and monthly reporting and review
- Responsible for tracking & monitoring competitor's products & activity DISTRIBUTOR
- Ensuring proper inventory management, distribution and re-distribution so that orders procured are supplied on time
- Maintain and develop good business relationships with all existing distributors
