Responsibilities
- Devise and develop the overall brand marketing plans to increase brand salience and awareness.
- Responsible for delivering brand topline and profitability as per AOP. Managing brand advertising spends.
- Additionally, you will support the development of the annual strategic plan and assist in defining portfolio strategies, including product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Lead engagement with marketing agency. Overseeing communication development from conception to execution.
- Define and implement high impact channel marketing programs for Existing product portfolio; Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth and market share.
- Define and implement high impact channel marketing programs for NPD (New product). Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth and market share.
- Sales forecasting, monitor Profit and Loss statements, analyses sales/consumer KPIs and competitors, and conduct surveys to assess brand image and customer preferences.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators, tracking supply and demand dynamics, understanding customer needs, and monitoring competitive landscapes.
- Leading Strategy and Execution across all marketing 4 P s from digital lens (Price, promotion, product and positioning).
