Role Description:

Designation: Senior Research Executive

Location: Mumbai

Unit: Media Analytics

Main Accountabilities:

Maintain a client service orientation. Manage day-to-day administration of client service and ownership of analysis and reporting of assigned research project(s).

Skill Set:

- Work with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Work with internal teams i.e. Client Service, Programming, Field and Data Processing and all others on the project by understanding study objectives, acting in a proactive way by taking full ownership of the project, being able to prioritize, etc. for the assigned projects.

- Should be self-driven and smart enough to manage analytical and interpretation of findings using visualisation tools like powerpoint, charts, tables, etc. Engage with junior level clients for updates and follow-up clarifications where needed

- Possess strong analytical skills, be responsible for data checking, interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations.

- Process oriented

- Handle end to end study initiation.

- Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols

- Coordinate with DA leadership, individual centres

- Flexible towards traveling

- Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress

- Makes presentation to the senior leadership on key updates

- Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards

People

- Display a positive, can do attitude at all times, offer assistance to others on the team when needed, assist others in areas you are stronger in.

- Share learning's with the team during team meetings; actively participate in client and internal review meetings/trainings and all team initiatives.

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

- 3 to 5 years experience in analyzing TV behaviour panel data (BARC/TAM)

- Should have worked on large scale primary research studies

- Strong understanding of basic Market Research concepts
