Role Description:
Designation: Executive Director, Sales
Location: Mumbai
Purpose of the role:
Establish relationships with Senior Sales Leaders in FMCG companies to drive new revenue streams across the Traditional Trade portfolio of products.
Main Accountabilities:
- generate sustainable incremental revenue from Traditional Trade (TT) Solutions
- establish relationships with senior sales executives at our clients and partner with the CBPs to support their development of these relationships as well
- create, publish & present thought leadership TT content that establishes Nielsen as the "go to" source for TT insights
- work collaboratively with PL and TT Go To Market associates to ensure Nielsen's portfolio of TT products meets the current and future needs of clients
- develop a peer network with the TT Specialists from other regions to share knowledge, support client needs and ensure global alignment participate on the India ExCom as a senior leader and contributor to the business
Education:
- Post Graduation from a premier institute
Experience:
- 15+ years’ of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)
- Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
- Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
