Key interface relationships (internal and external): Data Science Business Leaders, Data Science PE, IO, PL

Markets : EU Growth & Lead, Watch

The role is global/regional/ local: Regional

Purpose of the role:

The Global Design & Delivery Center Leader shall :

- Lead End-to-End Processes of Buy RES to SD for European Growth and Lead Markets

- Lead Watch Delivery tasks of Audio, TAM, Digital, Data Fusion

- Lead the completion of Project Harmony - standardization of processes, deployment of global tools

- Drive process efficiency through the transition of programmes and utilities from SAS/ FoxPro to R for Buy and Python for Watch

- Drive automation and innovation of processes and products and to support the business

- Support the team on training

- Drive cultural change in the engagement with stakeholders and within GDDC

Main Accountabilities:

- Partners with internal and external leaders to create the vision and mission of the team

- Provide technical support to the team for business as usual (BAU) processes and tasks of the Design Center

- Drives project management for all initiatives in GDDC

- Hires talent to ensure that the Design Center's objectives are met

- Participate in local, regional task forces as well as projects as part of leadership development

- Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs

- Ensures Innovation, Knowledge Management and Training needs of associates in the Design Center

- Drives methodological and operational thought leadership

- Monitor the KPIs and drive improvement and sustainability of processes

- Conducts consistent, periodic coaching "work with-s" and provide feedback

- Contributes to driving world class employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment

Role Requirements (list the critical experience, knowledge, qualifications, skills, and competencies needed to perform this role - over and above standard leadership and personal effectiveness competencies).

- 12+ yrs of leadership experience in the survey research industry with at least 6 years of hands on experience in developing and implementing survey research methodologies

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Econometrics, B.E. / B. Tech. in Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc., with outstanding analytical expertise and strong technical leadership. B.Tech / B.E.

- Demonstrates experience in statistical techniques, Modelling techniques, survey research methodologies, research processes, operations as well as knowledge of the complexity of consumer businesses and client needs.

- Proficient in Python and knowledge in SAS / R / Statistical tools will have an added advantage.

- Ability to collaborate with other functional areas as a team and deliver results on time and per spec.
