Application engineering Head (GM)

- 20+ YRS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

- B.TECH (ECLECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL)

- AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

- SHOULD BE FROM MOTOR INDUSTRY (DC motor, BLDC Motor, Engine cooling Motor, Traction motor)

- SHOULD BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO NEEMRANA, RAJASTHAN

Job Description :

- Motor design & HVAC system design. Heat exchangers design & Airflow management

- Managing Detail designing of concepts e.g. (plan drawings, analysis, BOM preparation, material selection, costing, inspection standards for parts and products, Layout planning).

- Done Various VA/VE projects for cost optimization, Lead a team for Localization

- Capable to work with Global team for global projects. Worked on 3 global projects for new vehicle platform

- Understand all Indian and Global test standards. UL, VDE, CE, G mark etc.

- Proficient in Stack up analysis & GD&T

- Accurately and efficiently performing computations and aiding the design process by effective utilization of vast practical experience of developing and implementing new designs.

- Handled projects & managing the complete operations including planning, scheduling & its execution

- Sharp in making fast proto samples for any product as per requirement

- Has a complete knowledge of ISO and TS requirements and lead auditor in the company for systems

- Designing of process for new product in the line and validation using min max analysis and Minitab

- Able to Design FMEA and process FMEA for various products
