- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Deep understanding of the data analytics domain and the specific staffing needs of businesses in this space.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
New Client Acquisition:.
Business Development:.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of data analytics staffing and body shopping services.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.
- Research and understand the specific staffing needs of potential clients, crafting tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Lead Generation:.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and industry events.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Engage with decision-makers to schedule meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Sales Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client needs and our service offerings.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management and Growth:
