Job Description:

- Legal methods and sections involved in the procedure:

- Coordinate with Indian and international law firms and lawyers regarding legal issues.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating International commercial contracts for various business units and corporate functions

- Knowledge of the incorporation of companies for international and corporate-related matters.

- Supporting key business initiatives like JVs and overseas businesses.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Undertake in-depth legal research into a variety of complex regulations and help implement processes and policies.

- Getting in touch with international legal consultants for hearings from the court and any further legal needs

- Send legal emails and notices to online websites and companies for violating company trademarks.

Requirements and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and additional international languages will be an added advantage.

- Ready to work at Flexible Shift.

- Ready to travel (domestic and international).

- Knowledge of the incorporation of companies at the international level

- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other technological tools
