Nibav Lifts - Head - Data Analyst

Position Overview: As the Data Analyst Head, you will lead a team of data analysts and work closely with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from our data. You will be responsible for overseeing data analysis projects, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for analytics projects.

- Perform advanced data analysis and modelling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and technologies and implement best practices for data analysis.

- Manage multiple data analysis projects concurrently, including project planning, resource allocation, and timelines.

- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate findings to nontechnical stakeholders.

- Ensure that data visualizations are intuitive and actionable.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics);

- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a data analysis role, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages and data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross? functional teams.

- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
