Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Continent Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Continent. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion within the continent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the continent to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

- Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the elevator industry within the continent.

- Supervise a large team to ensure that both their targets and the processes they follow are in harmony with our overarching goals.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and business partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

- 12 to 16 years of progressive experience in sales, sales operations, or sales training, with a demonstrated track record of success.

- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales teams at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a global sales environment, working with diverse teams across different regions.
