- Founded in 2014 by advertising legend Shivjeet Kullar, the Adytude engine is a unique gamified research engine, changing the way online consumer feedback is gathered. Adytude.com serves as a conduit between opinion seekers and givers via a gamified user interface. The B2B model powered by the platform's algorithm reaches a target group specified by a client to serve content and collect user feedback.

- Deloitte evaluated the business in 2014 and gave the company an ultimate valuation of US$ 120 mn. We are funded by the Indian Angel Network (IAN) with investment from seasoned investors such as Raman Roy, Kris Gopalkrishnan, Sunil Munjal.

- We are now looking for a Head of Technology to provide technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The role calls for strategic as well as technical skills along with the ability to blend frugality with ambition. Applicants should be able to communicate openly with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies and funds are used appropriately.

Responsibilities :

- Spearhead and supervise all system design and improvements in system architecture

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Liaise between the research/accounts team and the tech team to establish project timelines and output schedules

- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage - including the evolution to a mobile-first, productized company

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Skills :

- 5-10 years- hands-on software engineering and architecture management experience

- Extensive experience with MVC frameworks (PHP Zend, Python)

- Any prior experience with ML, NLP, Big Data Analytics (Hadoop) would be a plus

- MBA would be a bonus

- Proven track record of success in leadership positions

- Familiarity with marketing platforms, programs and policies

- Excellent written and oral communication skills,

- Exceptional project management and organization skills

- The Tech Head would take charge of the next phase of development of the Adytude engine and manage the tech team, plan sprints, and evolve the product, as well as supervise and coordinate between the research team and account managers. She/He should be able to do hands-on coding when necessary ...at earth level...yet have the vision to guide the technology forward at sky level in India as well as in international markets when the company launches there. All in all this is a key role and has immense growth prospects for the right, young, ambitious person with high integrity and commitment.
