NFR Lead/Architect - Telecom

The Job

We are seeking to hire a NFR Lead / Architect based in Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Kolkatta, Chennai and Pune Location.

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and governing end-to-end technical solutions for all NFR aspects of products and services across customer engagements.

Duties & accountabilities

- Provide product and implementation time Non Functional Requirements (NFR) related services to customers

- Identify NFR gaps for Ericsson Business Support System (BSS) Products and solutions

- Define and own a solution strategy for NFR aspects (e.g. Performance, Security, Availability etc.) across the lifecycle of implementations.

- Perform NFR assessments to provide guidance for mitigation and remediation activities

- Utilize industry standard audit methods to assess both technical and administrative aspects

Your Profile

- Minimum years of experience: 12 years' experience working in IT/ Telecommunication industry with at least 10 years working on different NFR aspects.

- Good experience working on complex integrated frontend/backend solutions delivery.

- Proven experience to lead teams in NFR areas (e.g. Infrastructure and Capacity, Environments, Resilience, Performance, Security, Data Management, Fault Management and Operability)

- Should be able to architect E2E technical solutions around NFR areas
