Mission:

At NextHuddle our mission is to help businesses grow their audience and customers through "best-in-class" immersive events and through communities that are powered by live events & one on one interactions through live video/audio and messages.

You:

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, sales, and marketing-oriented Managing Director -a growth evangelist to drive the establishment, growth, and public relations for our south-asian market while supporting our national and international customers. The overall responsibilities of the Managing Director are to meet sales revenue targets, establish, scale and manage the organization and resources, drive the participant and investor acquisition, and be a public face of the company.

What you might be doing:

- Build the platform into a sustainable and autonomous organization

- Being the front face of the company and the platform

- Hiring the best team to grow our customer base and deliver success to our customers

- Meet quarterly revenue targets

- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans for further growth and ecosystem development through partnerships, PR, and campaigns

- Manage the daily operations of the company in line with business and financial targets

What we are looking for:

- University degree in a relevant area (Business, Sales, Marketing), an MBA is a plus but not required

- 5+ years of work experience in relevant industries and positions

- Prior experience with public relations and client acquisitions, preferably in the education, HR, and social engagement sectors

- Prior experience in meeting aggressive sales targets and quota

- Prior experience in taking companies from 0 to $ 1 M revenue

- Experience with and exposure to high profile individuals and groups

- Remote leadership and network skills

- Strong project management and negotiation skills, who can handle multiple senior stakeholders
