What you will do:
This role is responsible for attracting and selecting the A+ talent from our target industry segments.
- Establish and develop an effective working partnership with business leaders and hiring managers
- Lead and own the Recruitment cycle, which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting, and selecting the right talent, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, making direct calls, network, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
- Responsible for mapping the external talent pool to critical positions and creating a healthy pipeline through key sourcing channels.
- Builds relationships with agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships.
- Reporting and analytics.
What will make you successful:
- Experience of 5+ years of recruiting in the IT Product development Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools
- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups, and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent.
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (exceptional interpersonal skills).
