The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in research and digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business development and marketing efforts.
-Industry Engagement: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business development, research, and digital marketing, preferably in an IT company.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry and market trends is a plus.
