Next Learn - Chief Executive Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer, Microfinance in New Delhi. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's strategy, operations, and financial performance.

- The ideal candidate should be from Microfinance sector

- Experience in raising debt and equity funding

- Finance and Operations Management skills

- Experience in Business Planning and Sales

- Experience of working in a startup is a plus

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful Strategic Plans

- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
