Position :Senior Program Director

Reporting to : Vice President

Opening with one of the world's leading specialist marketing and media services businesses.

1. Position summary

This position is responsible for managing multiple customer engagements, collaborating in responding to RFP/RFIs, leading the Delivery plus Consulting organization, pre-sales, providing operational governance, customer onboarding and is responsible for resource utilization, Average CTC and P&L for the engagements.

2. Key accountabilities

- Successful delivery of all projects by reinforcing the metrics and following the organization's defined Governance framework devised within the POD.

- Lead a multi-disciplined team of media and marketing specialists, covering marketing cloud, digital media, data & analytics, automation and product development

- Monitoring responses to RFIs/RFPs by providing mentorship to the next in line.

- Building and managing associatesin the structure and defining the objectives and goals of this organization.

- Coordinating with different shared services to ensure smooth functioning of the POD(s).

- Creating formal networks involving coordination among multi-location and cross functional teams.

- Will effectively lead and help steer the relationships and workflows between the Consultancy team and the Delivery teams and the onshore client teams

- Is able to actively contribute to new business pitches and client upselling, often contributing their own proactive ideas.

- Continuously assess the consultancy services vs. market need and market demand. Proactively able to create business cases for the executive team on any changes or additional investment required.

- Must be focused on continuous professional development for the entire consulting offering. Best practices need to be documented, shared and learned from

- Overall, is curious, resilient, flexible, courteous and a problem solver. The individual must have a keen interest in digital media and marketing

Accountability & Supervision:

- Drive cross functional teams towards effective delivery.

- Work with various disparate and dispersed teams to plan and execute programs along with communication to various stakeholders, conflict resolution and issue tracking.

Operational:

- Responsible for results of the POD including resource utilization, buffer resource management, schedule variance, effort variance, defect management, SLAs, people management, attrition, skills development.

People Management:

- Supervises 3-5 Delivery Heads and an overall span of about 400-500 members.

- Responsible for performance management, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, motivating and developing the team.

Financial:

- Gross Margin, Average CTC management

Leadership:

- Giving specific positive or mixed feedback for the developmental process.

- Doing long term coaching or mentoring.

- Arranging appropriate and helpful assignments, formal training, or other experiences for the purpose of fostering the other person's learning and development.

- Recognizing connections or patterns not obvious to others. Considering the impact of decisions/actions on others and making decisions from non-conclusive type of information.

- Communicating teams' objectives and accomplishments both inside and outside of the team. Working to resolve obstacles outside of the team's direct influence.

3. Desired competencies

- Academia BE/BTech Degree

- Advanced Master's degree (MCA/MBA/equivalent).

Experience :


- 15+ years of extensive experience in service delivery and management

- Experience in Digital Marketing domain

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and international clients

- Demonstrated skills and abilities managing and improving service delivery metrics

- Demonstrated experience in making a difference to the employer and the clients.
