What's in it for you?
As a first level management role this position provides an opportunity to display your technical and people management skills by ensuring complete seamless operational delivery along with your team. Being a firm that is driven by ownership, innumerable occasions shall come your way to strategizing client delivery, improve processed, encourage research etc. for your projects - all in all a whole rounded elevating experience. This role is not restricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make to ensure you have an all-rounded experience in different sectors/industries as well as assignments across geographies - India, USA, France, UK, Germany, etc. In addition, the freedom of operation will encourage you to test your limits and develop holistically.
Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,
Technical skillsets:
- Accounting - Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.
- Tax - Understanding of direct tax implications of transactions
- Financial Modeling - Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models. VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred.
- The candidate shall be assisting the Transaction Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:
- Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
- On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
- Financial modelling for infrastructure projects.
- The fair market value of intangibles such as brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles
- Support in-house Due Diligence Team on transactions
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- Should have some experience in valuation from either Big 4 or reputed valuation firm.
- 1-2 years of experience in doing different types of valuation.
- Business Valuation Experience preferred
- Client Management
- Team handling experience
- Oral and written communication should be good.
- Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically
- Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly.
- Open to significant variety in assignments
- Must exhibit a strong learning curve

- Communication/Feedback - Should believe in providing feedback to other associates and receiving feedbacks to enhance performance, thereby meeting business objectives - the focus is on OPEN COMMUNICATION
