Job Description:
The incumbent will be part of "Intelligent Automation and Accelerated Analytics (IA3)" team. As Lead Business consultant, he/she will be primarily responsible for executing on analytics projects and deliver business outcomes for clients. You will interact with client directly on daily basis and will work closely with internal team of consultants, data engineers and data analysts to design, develop and deliver analytical solutions for various clients. This role involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Own & drive execution of the projects by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities
- Participate in client meetings/workshops and evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and identify areas for improvement
- Develop sales collateral, PoV/PoC documents, proposals, as required, to drive new sales
- Contribute to capability building through resource training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytics solutions
- Translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements and lead development and implementation of analytics/IT solutions
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs, quality standards and requirements while adhering to project timelines
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction
- Staying up to date on the latest developments in BI and analytical tools
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Overall, 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
- (Preferred) Domain experience in any of these industries: BFSI / Healthcare / Retail
- Hands-on experience in atleast one of the data analytics (Python, R, SQL) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and data driven with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
