Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets :

- BSc or MSc or MBA with Project management experience (good to have) with 4 yrs of experience with atleast 2 years of experience/exposure in digital transformation/automation projects.

- An eye for detail in examining digital transformation / tech driven optimization opportunities

- Wider understanding of the services and relevant & emerging technologies to align towards transformation

- Exposure to work with multiple stakeholders and ability to identifying the opportunities for digital transformation

- Must be able to deliver outcomes in a time-bound manner

- Working Knowledge of databases and software/applications/platforms

- Understanding of technology platforms and solution architectures to drive the digital transformation initiative. (Good to have)

Job Description :

- Associate would be working closely with practices, technology development team (Business solution team) and other practices technical leads to support in implementing digital transformation initiatives as per project plans.


- Primary focus would be to play project management role for digital transformation initiative of Assurance and assurance advisory segment.

- Support in digital transformation initiatives of 6 verticals of assurance ( 6 verticals - Attest, Risk advisory, Forensic, TRA , BFS and CFO

- Help verticals in liaise with internal and external technology development vendors

- Maintain the track of all on going projects and critical tasks under each project

- Support verticals in ideating automation possibilities

- Support in co-ordinating with business solution team for software development projects

- Assist in building business case for approval of management

- Support in specifications or business requirement to be shared with the technology development team

- Liaise with vertical SPOCs and verticals leaders/steering committee for digital transformation matters

- Reporting to the steering committee and Project Manager for regular update, timely escalations and resolve bottlenecks

- Communication/Feedback : Should believe in providing feedback to other associates and receiving feedbacks to enhance performance, thereby meeting business objectives - the focus is on OPEN COMMUNICATION
