Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

About the Role:

The Founder's Office plays a vital role in shaping our strategic vision. We seek a strategic thinker passionate about continuous improvement and driving organisational success. In this role, you will support the founders and business leaders in identifying growth opportunities and implementing key initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Define metrics to measure success of strategic initiatives.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to identify opportunities and align on priorities.

- Conduct research and analyses for marketing, product development, and other initiatives.

- Develop actionable solutions and oversee implementation.

- Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic guidance.

Required skills and qualifications :

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.

- Previous experience in strategy or business planning will be an added bonus.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
