About the Role:

We're currently searching for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to deeply understand and design solutions to our most important open problem areas. As a natural problem solver, this person should have a keen interest in understanding core problems deeply, and patience to triangulate the root causes before jumping to solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with leadership to understand scopes of improvements in our academic programs and processes.

- Centrally own problem statements that span functions, and coordinate with multiple teams to understand and solve them.

- Run experiments of proposed solutions and minutely track their progress.

- Help shape the thought process of internal teams and leadership.

Required skills and qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager / Business Consultant / Product Manager / Consultant.

- Exceptional skills in problem-solving and structured thinking.

- Experience in managing stakeholders.

- Exceptional skills in data analysis in Excel or equivalent.

Good to Have:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Mathematics / Physics.

- Experience in Ed tech.

- Knowledge of Data Science and AI.
