Job Description:
- As a Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving NST's growth through innovative strategies across marketing, product, and content-led initiatives.
- You'll collaborate across teams to create and execute data-driven plans, enhance brand visibility, manage customer acquisition, and optimize the growth funnel to achieve ambitious business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Newton School of Technology (NST), integrating marketing, content, and product-led growth initiatives to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to craft and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for all business markets.
- Spearheaded marketing and content-led growth efforts, leveraging compelling content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Ensure a seamless alignment between product enhancements and marketing strategies, fostering a culture that prioritizes innovation and adaptability.
- Design and implement a holistic marketing plan balancing long-term brand-building initiatives, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, along with short-term performance goals.
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and encourage structured experimentation for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing and growth budget to achieve sustainable and measurable results.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance cross functional collaboration and drive impactful results.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a growth or marketing leadership role with a proven track record of scaling businesses from the ground up.
- Expertise in Growth Hacking, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and managing the customer acquisition funnel.
- Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in developing and executing content-led growth strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with experience navigating complex, matrixed environments.
- Goal-oriented, thriving in fast-paced settings, and capable of taking calculated risks to innovate and grow.
