We are one of the largest digital media platforms in India doing more than 500 million page views every month. For the past year, we have been growing at 15% MoM. Elysium Labs is the company behind NewsBytes, which has three other products under its belt. We are launching a new media property this quarter.

- We are hiring a Head of Marketing who will spearhead initiatives to achieve 10x growth in the next 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of four marketing professionals covering all leading growth channels

- Formulate a marketing roadmap for the next 12-months

- Be actively involved in the execution of the strategies

- The team would be responsible for user acquisition and app downloads

- Execute creative campaigns across social media platforms

- Build a community of users

Requirements :

- Minimum of four years of experience in marketing

- Should have led a team

- Should have a scientific approach to marketing

- Must understand product-based marketing

- Should be able to understand data and draw insights from the same

- Experience in digital marketing campaigns would be considered a plus

- Should have basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

- Excellent communication skills
