NEWJ is looking for a UX research superstar to participate in setting the product roadmap. This role would gather and share the user insight, the role would also keep a keen eye on the industry, competition and the market trends. This role would collaborate with the business, operations and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Monitor and forecast market trends
- Responsible for converting data into actionable insights
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys,questionnaires, and opinion polls from secondary sources
- Conduct research on products and services in the video content space using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques.
- Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and content consumption habits
- Responsible for all market research activities related to competitor position in the market
Experience: 4-6 years
