Job Title: Sales Manager


Location: Mumbai


Reporting To: Sales Head (West)


Job Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in West India.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in West India.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.


- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively.


- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.


- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the India Sales Head to support decision-making and strategic planning.


- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.


- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities.


Qualifications:


- MBA from a reputable institution.


- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.


- Strong understanding of the West India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.


- Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast paced, competitive environment.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.


- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.


- Willingness to travel extensively within West India and occasionally nationally as required.
